How can I place an order?
If there is a retail store near your place, please contact them. If not, we ship internationally via EMS or Fedex. Please contact us and our sales team will email you as soon as possible with their pleasure.
 
What is the returns/ exchange policy?
We are unable to accept returns or offer an exchange or a refund for items after the delivery. Customer will undertake the responsibility for any loss in transit.
 
How can I make a payment for an order?
HOPPL web shop accepts the following methods of payment: Internet Banking Transfer (transfer free is at your expense.) PayPal
 
Can I add to or change my existing order?
Adding to or changing your existing order is no problem if your order has not already been processed or dispatched. If you would like to add to or change your order, you will simply need to email us to arrange. We will also need to manually adjust the total amount of your order, you may be asked to provide details of your payment method so that we can make the appropriate changes
 
Will you confirm my order details?
Yes, you will receive confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
 
Will you inform me when my order is dispatched?
Yes, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email to confirm this. Within the email you will also receive a tracking number to track your purchased item.
 
How to mix different colors of chairs?
You can mix any color of chair for your child, even though purchase the chair & desk set (2 chairs and 1 desk). If you would like to do, please contact to info@hoppl.jp
 
How do I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes your situation can change. We are happy to offer a full refund if we have not yet processed or mailed your order and providing a notice of cancellation is received within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact us to arrange cancellation.
 
Do you handle international shipments?
Yes we do, everything is possible and we are here to help you. Please let us know your specific needs, we'll chase all possibilities and come back to you with a specific offer. Import duties and declarations have to be made by the customer.

Does the products have warranty?
We are unable to provide any replacement of the products and maintenance after the purchase since you live in foreign country. We take great care in making each piece. We inspect all pieces prior to shipment to make sure theirs perfect before shipping to our customers. So please do not worry about the condition of the product that you purchased.
 
How can I maintenance?
Wipe the surface with dry cloth or with oil or wax. Wiping off the dirty part with dish detergent containing orange elements is effective. If the dirt would not come off, you can scrub the surface with a soft sponge with thinned dish detergent. Please scrub along the grains, or you may add new scars on the product. After getting rid of the dirt, please don't forget to wipe the water off. Mayonnaise is effective for water stains. Oil finish (linseed oil recommended) is very important for maintaining the surface.

GENERAL TERMS▼

 
General terms and conditions regulate the relationship between the Customer and HOPPL webshop. The Customer is requested to read carefully the general terms and conditions before placing an Order. HOPPL will send a copy of the following Terms and Conditions to the customer upon request. HOPPL remains the possibility of adjusting the below Terms. We pay attention on the correctness and presence of the agreement below but errors can occur and we are not able to be held responsible if they do.


PRODUCT▼

Each product shown by HOPPL is described and photographed in detail. HOPPL reserves the right to show all the products as exact as possible but we do not guarantee that the products are seen on screen are the same as in reality. Please note that we reserve the right to alter minor details of the products featured on this site and in other informational materials we provide in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials. The customer is responsible for the correct assembly of the supplied products following instructions shipped within the packaging. All the Products available on the HOPPL website are subject to the availability at the time of the order. The Customer will be informed if the Product requested is not available. HOPPL retains ownership of the product until our products have been fully paid by the Customer.


PRICES▼

All prices on HOPPL website are in Japanese Yen. Total costs will be indicated in the confirmation of the order. All product prices NOT include 8% VAT. Worldwide shipping is possible upon request and confirmation and with surplus based on the destination and order volume. If the Customer is resident outside Japan he/she is responsible for applicable taxes and custom fees according to country's policy. The prices can vary at any time, especially in case of special offer, promotions or any other marketing efforts. HOPPL does its best to ensure that all pricing information on the HOPPL website is accurate, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of error. In the event that an error in the price of a product shall occur, HOPPL will allow the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price or to cancel the order. If HOPPL is unable to contact the customer the order will be treated as cancelled.


ORDER▼

The details and the price of the Product are detailed in the product's description. The order submitted by the Customer shall be binding for HOPPL only if the entire purchase procedure has been duly and correctly completed without any error. HOPPL will send the Customer within 3 days (business day) an e-mail confirming the receipt of the order placed. The Customer shall verify the content of the e-mail and shall notify HOPPL by writing of any error or other mistake.


PAYMENT▼

The price is payable upon placement of the order. The customer undertakes to pay the total price of the products and shipping costs outside Japan as stipulated on the Site or received after quotation. The customer will pay and arrange the customs duties, the VAT or any other taxes due to the import of products in the country of delivery. Payments on the HOPPL website are through PayPal in 100% safe online payments. Information needed for finalizing the payment through PayPal is between PayPal and the client directly. The delivery shall be done after the customer made an payment. The order shall be cancelled if Hoppl has not received the payment for 1 week after the confirmation of the order.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY▼

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order form. Please fill in carefully your address to avoid delivering problems. HOPPL ships for free within Japan if the order costs over JPY10,000. International shipment is possible after confirming the additional shipment fee and surplus based on the order and volume. Shipping quotes are done on a per order basis and dependent on destination. If you are interested in placing an order that requires shipping internationally please contact us at info@hoppl.jp Shipping costs are in any case indicated to the client before he/she confirms the order. Once payment has cleared, we will dispatch your order. Most often our products are in stock and available for immediate delivery. Please pay attention on the availability notification on the product sheet of all items. We generally ship orders within 10 business days, unless otherwise indicated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Shipping times should take between 2-3 days to Japanese address and for 7-20 days overseas address, depending on the destination. If the product ordered is not available or is out of stock without being communicated correctly on the product pages separately, HOPPL undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to indicate when the product will be available. The customer may, at its option, wait for the availability of the product or obtain a refund. Delivery shall be deemed to have been made when the products are delivered to the carrier. The delivery note given by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery will constitute evidence with regard to transport and delivery. In the event of undelivered products due to Customer absence or wrong address, the products will be returned to HOPPL which reserves its right to refund to the Customer the price of the products.


SHIPPING DAMAGES▼

Even though items are packaged properly, transit-related damage can occur. HOPPL shall not be responsible for any loss, damages and troubles. When an order arrives, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage to the boxes please notify the career immediately (within 24 hours) for further instructions.


WARRANTY & RETURN▼

We are unable to provide any replacement of the products and maintenance after the purchase unless item is faulty or a mistake has been made by HOPPL since you live in foreign country. HOPPL offers the high-quality product. We take great care in making each piece. We inspect all pieces prior to shipment to make sure theirs perfect before shipping to our customers.


PERSONAL INFORMATION▼

HOPPL collect minimum amount of personal information in order to handle orders, deliver products and process payments and refunds. Contact details of the Customers are kept only in the HOPPL database with aim to send personal offers and news. If the Customer does not appreciate HOPPL making any personal offers or news, he/she can let HOPPL know in writing (info@hoppl.jp). Customer will not receive any mailing or other forms of news and advertising any more.
